    • My process was 50/50. I used the school library but it did not generate as much content as I hoped. I was very surprised that JSTOR failed me and turned to google scholar for my sources. I also looked at the citations of the sources I found to lead me to other key material. It was frustrating when I there was a really good source, but I could not get access to it. Throughout the process I used key words such as “language” or ”
      comunication”.
